| I'm wondering what kind of Chocolate you use? |
We use the Highest Quality Gourmet French Chocolate-this
ensures both a smooth and continuous flow of Chocolate throughout
your event and it's the Best tasting chocolate available. |
| What if I have over 200 Guests.... Can I please have more Chocolate?? |
Sure - Additional Chocolate can be supplied at a charge of $25.00 for each additional 25 guests. |
| How far will you travel for an event? | We are located in Claremont, CA and we travel within a radius of 60 miles. (Travel charge of 75.00 applied after 60 miles). |
| What if we decide we want the Fountain for a longer period of time (over 3 hours), because the guests cannot step away from the Fountain? | No Problem - Any time over 3 hours can be arranged (additional fee of $50.00 per half hour). |
| If I order the Deluxe Package the one that includes
the dipping items.... How many choices of Dipping Delights do I get? |
Usually the Dipping Items work best if 5 or 6 choices are available for dipping. |
| Will you be arriving ahead of time - so that everything is ready to flow at the time arranged? | Yes-Your Personal Fountaineer will arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of your event to set-up/prepare fountain - no worries!! |
| What kind of equipment do you need to set up the fountain? Tables? Linens? Electrical? | 1) Our Fountain weighs 100 pounds when filled
with chocolate - we need a level, sturdy table, a 60"round
table works the best for optimum dipping by your guests.
2) We also require an electric outlet to be close by (approx.15 ft) to the set up location. 3) Your event location should provide two table linens, that will coordinate with your color scheme. |
| Can I have my Chocolate Fountain outside? | It is best not to run the Fountain outside, due to air temperature, wind, and pesty critters that are attracted to the Glorious Smell of Chocolate. |
Are Reservations and a Deposit required? |
Yes - we require a reservation, a signed contract, and a 150.00 non-refundable deposit to be made to secure your event. The balance of your payment is due at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of your event. |
